We recommend these services to developers currently utilizing PostgreSQL to build their system, as well as to everyone in general operating PostgreSQL. The support contract period is one year, within which there is no limit to the number of inquiries the customer can make. Furthermore, we support not only PostgreSQL itself, but also any cluster software compatible with PostgreSQL.

Our support service is limited in regard to the following fields of inquiry.

Inquiries regarding the database server
Main elements of contrib tools

Cluster software inquiries

Inquiries regarding cluster software

Operation Failure Support

Our service includes investigation of the cause of the failure and presenting a recovery plan. Recovery plan proposals primarily center on restoration and prevention procedures. However, in the case that software repair is the only solution, we will do our best to fix the software.

Support is available for 3-month to 6-month periods with additional charges.
An "incident" entails the full procedure necessary to respond to one inquiry.
The "number of DB server nodes" entails the number of installations of the database server software.
The number of cluster software installations does not affect the number of DB server nodes.
The number of DB server nodes can be increased with an additional charge.<
Any version of PostgreSQL that has undergone customization is out of the scope of the service.
Older versions of PostgreSQL can be supported with an additional charge.
